After a long winter with many swings unanswered by disrespectful steelhead, spring has finally shown itself. I have finally hooked and landed a couple feisty chromers. The exceptionally warm weather we have been having in Northern Michigan has brought out the usual spring steelhead meat mongers in record numbers. Let the gravel raping begin! Not to worry, the sun can chase away the winter blues and steelhead downright eliminate them.
